2010 Cancellation Policy

A $300.00 deposit per person is required to confirm space. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances unless notice of cancellation is given in writing at least 120 days (4 months) before scheduled river trip departure. A $50.00 service charge per person will be retained. Deposits and final payments may be transferred to other open dates during the current year but not held over to future years. Trips extended to later dates and eventually cancelled will become subject to the cancellation policy as of the original trip cancellation/switch date. Full payment is due 120 days (4 Months) before the trip. If cancellations occur after final payment deadline of 120 days (4 months), no refund will be made.
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event you must cancel.

This service is operated by Diamond River Adventures, Inc., a Concessioner under contract with the U.S. Government and administered by the National Park Service. The Concessioner is responsible for conducting these operations in a satisfactory manner. Prices are approved by the National Park Service.

Please, One Trip Per Year. Due to limited availability, the National Park Service restricts recreational boating opportunities on the Colorado River within Grand Canyon National Park to one trip per year per individual. Because of this regulation, Diamond River Adventures cannot accept a reservation from any individual who has or will participate in any other full or partial canyon commercial or non-commercial river trip within the same calendar year. If you have already completed or have plans to participate in any other Grand Canyon river trip this year and would like to go again, please wait until next year or sometime thereafter to book your next trip. Grand Canyon National Park’s one-trip-per-year rule is strictly enforced.
